The Workshop on Image Analysis and Stereology with applications on Biological and Social Sciences (WIASABiSS’2018) will take place at Hotel Santemar (Santander, Spain) on 11-14 September 2018.
This Workshop is intended to offer an opportunity to present, explore and compare different Image Analysis and Stereology methods, on different types of images and in different fields. There will be room for theoretical and applied talks and discussions. A special session will be devoted to the estimation of the number of birds in an ecological context, and of people in crowd images.
The format of the workshop will strongly encourage in-depth discussions, thus enabling any attendee to participate actively.
